Additional bedrooms - bedroom 2 - queen sized bed ,2 more bedrooms both with double bunk beds - double beds on the bottom and single on top. Full Linen and towels/bathmats are included in your Fees. Your beds will made up for you ready to go.
Amazing outdoor area complete with bbq , table and chairs , lounge and a half basketball court.Filleting Table & Veggie Garden.
2 stunning newly renovated bathrooms, 2 toilets, decent sized laundry with cold wash washing machine.
Great open plan living/dining/ lounge room with a indoor wood fire which is perfect for heating the entire house and great for sitting around and socialising during the winter months.
Split system aircon to main living area only for your warmer months and pedestal fans for every room apart from master which has a ceiling fan.
60 inch Smart TV & DVD player, Great For streaming Netflix , Stan, Kayo etc ( will need to login to your own accounts) with two large comfortable couches.
House also has Wifi available.
Fully complete kitchen with everything you will require to cook and serve for your guests. No dishwasher though.
Families -This house is perfect for families ecsepcially young ones - Set up with plenty for young children including high chair, some kids toys and books, games and DVDs. Secure backyard with plenty of grass area to keep everyone safe including outdoor shower and basketball court.

This really is a Beautiful and comfortable beach house perfectly located in Jurien Bay. We are situated across the road from a sealed pathway that takes you directly to the beach and also 4wd beach access is also within a few hundred metres from our house.
Jurien Bay is an awesome town with great beaches, fishing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, sky diving and adventure tours. Plenty of places in town to get something to eat and drink.
